The judging
The judy members will give points (0-5) depending on:
- Artwork quality
- Artwork presentation
- Concept of artwork
The voting
The voting will take place until October 15th (may change).. Before the end of the submission period voting may not be done by all jury members. Voting may be done late or at irregular intervals. This is as done as the jury members deem helpful. The jury members will be more focused on voting after the submission deadline is over, as no artworks can be added or changes after that. Votes may chance at any time and do not guarantee a place as finalist, they function merely as a guideline. The jury members and the public may add comments to the entries.
The selection
Seelevel Gallery will select several artworks as finalists. Seelevel Gallery will be guided by the votes, but may deviate in the final selection from the votes given. Finalists may be asked to provide additional information about the artwork and themselves. The following will be negotiated with finalists: shipping, insurance, payments etc.
The winners
Seelevel Gallery is looking for artworks for her online gallery and for contacts for future shows. Ideally we are looking for 5-8 winning artists. We guarantee at least 2 winning artists.
